“This is our life story” said, both Adrian and Carmen, who have known each other since primary school and got married in 2009. Now, they have taken on the challenge of creating an outcome for people.

Carmen Pogacian, MS Psychology, clinical psychologist with executive education in Psycho-oncology, holding a degree in Public Health Management.
Currently, researcher and associate lecturer with focus on Single Session Therapy, Fear of Recurrence and Psycho-education in Cancer Care. Her expertise is on Psychosocial Challenges of Cancer, mainly Anxiety and Depression disorders.
Additionally, Founder of INCKA Psycho-oncology Center, co-author of the first Romanian Multimodal Care Guideline in Pediatric Onco-hematology and more than two decades experience in pharmaceutical industry.
