The protection of your personal data is one of the main concerns of INCKA Psycho-oncology Center.
Therefore, we handle the processing of your personal data with care, in accordance with the principles established in the data protection legislation applicable in Romania, Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data and repealing Directive 95/46/CE (“GDPR”) and Law no. 190/18.07.2018, regarding “implementation measures of Regulation no. 679/27.04.2016”
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person; an identifiable person is a one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more many specific elements with regard to its physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity.
This privacy policy concerns the personal data of our patients and clients, existing or potential, their legal or conventional representatives, other persons who contact us or who visit us and applies to data collected via e- email or offline.

Communication with you
We use your contact details to communicate with you regarding requests and any other relevant aspects related to the conduct of the psychological counselling. In this case, the basis of the processing is represented by the execution of the contract/association between us.
The categories of data processed in this context are, in general: name, e-mail, telephone, address, identification data, as well as other personal data provided to INCKA Psycho-oncology Center, usually by you, and which are necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above.
Data processing as an obligation imposed by law
We may process some of your data in the context of providing information to state authorities, based on applicable legal provisions or to fulfill obligations imposed by law. In this case, the basis of the processing is represented by the existence of a legal obligation.
Disclosure of your personal data
As a general rule, we will not disclose your personal data to third parties.
Duration of processing
We intend to retain your personal data for the duration of the contract/agreement between us and in accordance with our internal policies and legal obligations. If the data is not collected under a contract or agreement, this data will be kept for as long as necessary to achieve the intended data collection purpose.

6. the right to data portability – enabling you to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured and commonly used format or to hand over this data to another data operator
